Immaculate Conception, Kenton

Kenton is located just about halfway between Columbus and Toledo. Our beautification here was entirely interior work and included new paint and a new decorative scheme in the Sanctuary, new wood flooring, upgraded lighting, new altars and side shrines, new confessionals and restored, upgraded Sacristies and Baptistery.

The painted medallions in the Sanctuary vaulting are original to the early twentieth century and were highlighted with the new stars and ribbing. The proscenium arch is lined with text of the Immaculate Conception, and the side shrines are reconstructions using the partial statue niches and tabernacles original to this 1870's brick Gothic church.
